The account dashboard will be the first thing you see once you log in. You can return to the dashboard at any time by going to Account > Dashboard.

The sections of the Dashboard put your most common tasks at your fingertips.
On the Dashboard, you will be able to customize which dashboards widgets display.
Using Widgets
On the dashboard, you can add the widgets you wish to display by clicking the “Add Widgets” button in the upper left. It will only display widgets that are not already on your dashboard.
Each widget has options to edit the width it takes up on the screen, as well as the ability to delete.
To edit a widget click the icon that looks like a gear. A window will open with three drop-down menus that allow you to define the width the widget will take up on the screen depending on which device it’s being viewed on.
Note, some widgets will have width limitations.
Contact Trends
This chart will display your contact count over time. You can select checkboxes to display or hide certain data points including:
- Active
- Subscribed
- Manually Added
- Unsubscribed
- Bounced
- Complained
- Manually Deactivated
You can also select the date range you would like to view. Be default it will display the last 30 days.
Contacts by Status
This will display a pie chart that breaks down your contacts both active, and deactivated. It will also provide information on the contact source.
Most Recent Email Campaign Sending
This bar graph will give you a quick view of the results of the most recently sent email campaign.
Plan Details
This will display how many active contacts you have toward your member level.
Search Contacts
A quick way to find a contact by searching for a name, phone, or email address. More search options are found under Contacts> Search in the left menu bar.
Add Contact
This widget allows you to enter new contact info and add them to any list quickly. This is great for single contact adds.
For adding multiple contacts it may be better to use the “Add Contacts” page under Contacts> Add Contacts. You can also add multiple contacts at one time by importing a .csv file under Contacts > Import
Lists Overview
This widget will display all of your lists and their contact totals.
